Privacy Policy
This is a static website without user accounts, analytics tools or advertising trackers. All content — fonts, scripts, videos and 3D models — is served from our own server.
1. Controller
The controller for data processing on this website is:
Koordinauten GmbH
Kieselbronner Str. 42 / 3
75177 Pforzheim, Germany
Phone: +49 7231 4437340
Email: kontakt@interaktion-wirkt.de
Full company details are listed in the imprint.
We have not appointed a data protection officer, as the statutory conditions requiring one do not apply to us.
2. General information
We process personal data only to the extent necessary to provide a functioning website along with our content and services. The legal bases are the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the German Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act (TDDDG).
This website uses no analytics tools and no advertising trackers. No third-party content is loaded: fonts, scripts, videos and 3D models are hosted on our own server. In particular, opening the site establishes no connection to Google Fonts, map services or social networks.
3. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted on servers of Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Hetzner. Processing takes place exclusively in data centres within the European Union.
Each time the website is accessed, the web server automatically records the following data in server log files:
- IP address of the requesting device
- date and time of access
- page or file requested
- amount of data transferred and HTTP status code
- referrer URL (the previously visited page)
- browser type and version, operating system
This data is not merged with other data sources. It is processed to ensure operation, to defend against attacks and to analyse errors. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in providing the website securely and without disruption. Log files are deleted automatically after 14 days.
4. Cookies and local storage
This website sets no cookies for analytics or advertising purposes.
One strictly necessary cookie (i18n_redirected) stores the
language you selected (German or English) so that the site is shown in the
same language when you return. It contains no personal data and is deleted
after 365 days. Storing it is permitted without consent under § 25(2)(2)
TDDDG, as it is strictly necessary to provide the service you expressly
requested. The legal basis for the associated processing is Art. 6(1)(f)
GDPR.
5. Interactive 3D viewer
This website displays interactive 3D models using the browser technology WebGL. The models and the scripts required for them are loaded exclusively from our own server; no connection to third-party servers takes place. No data is collected beyond what is needed for display — in particular, your interactions with the viewer (rotating, zooming, time spent) are neither stored nor transmitted to us. Access data arising when the page loads is processed as described in section 3.
6. Contacting us by email
If you contact us by email, we process the data you provide (your email address, the content of your message and any voluntary details) in order to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry is aimed at concluding a contract, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR based on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
The data is deleted once your enquiry has been dealt with conclusively and no statutory retention obligations apply. If a business relationship is initiated, commercial and tax retention periods of up to ten years apply.
7. Appointment booking
You can book an introductory appointment through this website. The booking
form is loaded in an embedded frame from our own application at
app.interaktion-wirkt.de. We operate this booking platform
ourselves and host it on the servers named in section 3; no external
scheduling provider is involved.
We store only:
- your email address and your name (required for confirmation and the appointment)
- your company and your message to us (optional)
- the appointment slot you selected
We collect no further data — in particular no phone number, no postal address and no payment details. The processing serves to arrange, confirm and hold the appointment. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures at your request).
We send the confirmation and a reminder by email via the service provider named in section 8. Booking data is deleted six months after the appointment unless a business relationship arises; if it does, the retention periods in section 6 apply.
8. Sending emails
To send appointment confirmations, reminders and other transactional emails we use the Brevo service of Sendinblue GmbH, Köpenicker Straße 126, 10179 Berlin, Germany. Your email address, your name and the message content are transmitted. Brevo processes the data on servers within the EU. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Brevo. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Further information: brevo.com/legal/privacypolicy
9. Audience measurement
This website uses no analytics or statistics tools.
10. External links
This website contains links to external websites, including koordinauten.de. When you click them you leave our website; the respective operator is responsible for data processing on the linked pages. No social network content is embedded and no data is transmitted to such networks.
11. Your rights
You have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- right of access (Art. 15 GDPR)
- right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR)
- right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
- right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
- right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
- right to withdraw consent with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR)
To exercise your rights, an email to kontakt@interaktion-wirkt.de is sufficient.
Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR): You have the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning you that is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We will then no longer process the data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). The authority responsible for us is:
Der Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz und die Informationsfreiheit
Baden-Württemberg
Lautenschlagerstraße 20
70173 Stuttgart, Germany

12. Data security
This website uses TLS encryption (HTTPS). We apply technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, manipulation and unauthorised access, and adapt them continuously in line with technical developments.
13. Changes to this privacy policy
We reserve the right to amend this privacy policy if the legal situation, our services or the services we use change. The version published on this page at the time applies.
